1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of order processing. Please note that order processing may take 1-3 business days.

2. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

3. How much does shipping cost?

For orders with a total amount of $60 or more, shipping is free. For orders with a total amount less than $60, shipping costs $5.

4. What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it in like-new condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is damaged or of low quality, please contact us with photos and we will provide a replacement or refund without the need to return the item.

5. How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us with your order number to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse to accept the parcel and we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs.

6. What is your warranty policy?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, sun exposure, after-market modifications, or water exposure. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products with water exposure.

7. How do I request a refund?

If the product you purchased is completely non-functional or if you did not receive your product within 90 business days (South America), you can request a full refund. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

8. What should I do if I haven't received a refund?

If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank or PayPal balance again as the transaction may be delayed. You can also contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at mdmart4@gmail.com with a photo clearly showing the damaged item. We will send you a replacement or refund without the need to return the defective item.
